Workout Wardrobe

I thought I would try some new fitness outfits and hope for a little motivation in 2022. I’ll try on several new workout pieces and see which ones teleports me to the gym.

I tried on some Lululemon clothing for the first time so let’s start there. I stuck with just some Lululemon tops for this month. Though I have been told that the Lululemon leggings are what keep people coming back for more.

Lululemon Swiftly Tech Long Sleeve Shirt 2.0. Wearing that here with these black Athleta leggings. The fabric is so comfortable I highly recommend this top! The sleeves were a little long on my arms but I’m always pulling my sleeves down over my hands so that worked in my favor (thumb holes included). I Tried the Lululemon Ebb to Street Long Sleeve Shirt too. Simply paired it with some Joggers from Old Navy. This top is also comfortable and the material is top notch! It is much more cropped than I like but it won me over with the built in sports bra that did offer good support. PS these old navy joggers are the best. I have them in multiple colors.

We already talked one crop top so let’s dive into more from Amazon.

Just a few thoughts here. The white jacket I am wearing below is more of an ivory white so it did look a little odd next to the bright white sports bra top I am wearing.

These joggers from amazon are the perfect material to workout in. Light weight and stretchy.

Let’s check out these looks from Nordstrom. These Black sneakers are so badass, but might be a tight squeeze if you have wide feet! The white ones were good but they are a mesh fabric so you can see your socks through them.

In both of these photos I am wearing the Elation Tight Legging from Athleta. I love Athleta clothing and these pass the squat test. I ordered the 7/8 inch version because I have short legs.

We should probably just talk about the different Athleta bottoms I own. We can start with the Shorts. LOVE them! I bought these for golfing this past summer. They have the built in underwear which it nice because the shorts do flare and blow in the wind. I sized up because I have a big booty but I found that wasn’t necessary so just stick with your usual size. Out of the many athletic shorts I own these are my #1. They come in plus size too.

Shiny red leggings are not my norm but I can be fun. These were very figure flattering for being such a loud color. I felt like my legs looked longer in them too. Maybe it was the shine.
